Keychron Keyboards / Keychron Keyboards-2
Fast and Customizable Programming with QMK and VIA - With the V1’s QMK and VIA firmware, you can intuitively remap your favorite keys and create macros on any operating system (macOS, Windows, or Linux) for a seamless workflow. The open-source nature of the firmware offers endless possibilities for customizing keyboard layouts, shortcuts, and backlight effects, catering to your unique needs.
Reliable and Adjustable Hot-Swappable Mechanical Switches - Equipped with pre-lubed Keychron Blue switches, the V1 provides a clicky responsiveness with up to 50 million keystroke lifespan. You can easily hot-swap V1 with almost all 3pin and 5pin MX mechanical switches (including Cherry, Gateron, Kailh, Panda, etc.) without soldering, ensuring durability and flexibility. The specially designed PCB-mounted screw-in stabilizers enhance the performance of “big keys” such as spacebar, shift, enter, and delete.
User-Comfort PBT Keycaps and Unique Backlight Design - The V1 comes with our unique OSA profile and double-shot PBT keycaps, providing a comfortable and subtle fingertip feel with excellent oil resistance for long-term use. The south-facing RGB backlight is designed to better illuminate the keyboard from the typist’s angle and remains free from interference when using Cherry-profile alternative keycaps.
Enhanced Creativity with Programmable Knob - The aluminum rotary encoder on the V1 knob allows for easy customization through the VIA software. Whether you need to adjust zoom, screen brightness, brush size, volume, or select between video clips or photos, you can program your favorite keys or macros directly on the knob, enhancing your creative workflow.
Wide Compatibility for Mac and Windows - Built with Mac users in mind while retaining compatibility for Windows devices, the V1 includes a system toggle and an additional set of customized keycaps for both Windows and macOS systems. You can now save two different layouts on the keyboard, one for each system, ensuring optimal convenience across different operating environments.
